ORDERING/PAYMENT METHODS You can place an order 24 hours a day online. You can phone your order toll free 1.877.CHARM4U. We accept all major credit cards. Please provide billing information if shipping name or address are different from the credit card holder information.
AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS We keep all items in stock. Orders are usually processed within a week time. If items ordered are not available in inventory, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail and updated on the status.

SHIPPING RATES FOR EXPEDITE ORDERS MONDAY-FRIDAY (Please refer to Shopping Cart shipping rate drop-down for latest charges) Overnight Next Business Day: guaranteed to ship on the 3 business days for overnight delivery if order is received by 10:00 am CT ($20.00 service charge will be added to your calculated shipping rate) Second Business Day: guaranteed to ship on the 3rd business day for two days delivery if order is received by 10:00am CT ($15.00 service charge will be added to your calculated shipping rate) Regular processing and shipping time is typically two and half weeks. International shipping is available through US Postal Service and FedEX international service. For items under $100, the shipping cost is $15 by USPS first class mail. For orders over $100 and/or expedite shipping please contact us for a quote.
RETURN POLICY Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you decided to return/exchange your order, you can do so within 10 days from the receipt of your order. Items should be in its original packaging and sellable condition. All returns should have a return authorization and a merchandise return form printed from our main page. You can obtain a return authorization number by contacting us within 10 days of receipt. Only returns with proper authorization number and return form are accepted. Please include the product in its original packaging along with a copy of your original receipt and the merchandise return form. Please send your returns and exchanges to the following address. Charms by the Bay Returns Department 2200 Jerrold Avenue, Suite T San Francisco, CA 94124. Returns/exchanges must be received within 10 days from the receipt of the shipment. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after this time period. Unless due to company error, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items. Returned merchandise received without a proper return authorization number will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Special order items and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
